Jessica Barnes is an Energetic Intuitive, she knows that we can all access the Internal-Eternal by clearing our own energy. She started life with high sensitivity and a deeply creative nature. Because of Jess’s intuitive ability, she found that others depended heavily on her energetically to hold space for them. Jess felt an enormous amount of responsibility to be a sounding board; she would abandon her own needs and sense of creativity to fulfil this role for others. 

With a keen interest in the unseen, Jess found truth in the Tarot and was ultimately led to the East to follow her calling to ground into her own body and be present to her own life. She found her way to the Internal-Eternal through creating Mala’s and the practice of Japa, Yoga and later with Sound Baths & Energy Clearing. 

By layering these practices, Jess landed at home within her infinitely flowering heart. Founder of ‘The Intuitive Mala’ since 2016, Yoga Coach and Mentor since 2016 and Yoga Teacher since 2014, Jess is devoted to clearing the chaos and inviting others home to the Internal-Eternal within.
